REGULATION ( EEC) No 2822/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 October 1975 abolishing certain export refunds in the wine sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Wine, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 81 6/70 ( ! ) laying down additional provisions for the common organization of the market in wine, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1932/75 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 10 (4) thereof ; Refunds on exports to Greece of the products listed in Whereas export refunds in the wine sector were fixed the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2583/75 are by Regulation ( EEC) No 2583/75 (3 ) ; hereby abolished . Whereas the products listed in the Annex to that Regulation are not exported to Greece in any economi­ cally significant quantity ; whereas, moreover, such Article 2 exports could in certain cases lead to deflections of trade ; whereas therefore refunds on exports to that This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 November destination should be abolished ; 1975 .
