REGULATION ( EEC) No 2828 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 October 1975 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 2488 /75 (6), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES , 2804/ 75 ( 7) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the application of the rules referred to in Economic Community ; Regulation ( EEC) No 2488 /75 requires that the amounts at present in force should be amended as Having regard to the Treaty of Accession (') ; shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 229 /73 (2 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for a system of compensatory amounts for cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 602/ 75 (3 ), Article 1 and in particular Article 7 thereof ; The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No shown in the Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) 243 / 73 (4 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general No 2488 / 75 are amended as shown in the Annex to rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice this Regulation . and fixing these amounts for certain products , as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 999 / 74 (5 ), and in Article 2 particular Article 5 thereof ; Whereas compensatory amounts for cereals and rice This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 October 1975 . have been fixed pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
