HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3

Article6

A further paragraph as follows is added to Article 7 of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November Regulation (EEC) No 1090/75 : 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
