REGULATION (EURATOM) No 2869/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 October 1975 amending the conditions governing remuneration and social security for esta­ blishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Republic of Germany

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Staff Regulations of officials and the conditions of employment of other servants of the Regulation No 9/65/Euratom shall be amended as European Communities, as laid down in Regulation follows, with effect from 1 January 1975 : (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 (!) and last amended by Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No 1 . Article 4 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
