REGULATION (EEC) No 2887/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 October 1975
on the opening, allocation and administration of a Community tariff quota for dried grapes in immediate containers of a net capacity of 15 kg or less, falling within subheading 08.04 B I of the Common Customs Tariff (1976)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , to that Economic Union may be carried out by any one of its members,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 28 thereof;
Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; 1 . During the period 1 January to 31 December 1976, a Community tariff quota of 8 373 metric tons Having regard to the Opinion of the European shall be opened for dried grapes in immediate Parliament (1 ); containers of a net capacity of 15 kg or less falling within subheading 08.04 B I of the Common Customs Tariff. Whereas a Community tariff quota for dried grapes in immediate containers of a net capacity of 15 kg 2. Whereas, since the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom Article 3 of the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg are united within and jointly represented 1 . imports of the products in question entered with the Article 5 customs authorities for home use. Member States and the Commission shall cooperate closely to ensure that this Regulation is complied with. Article 4
Article 6 At the Commission's request, Member States shall inform it of the imports actually charged against This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January their shares . 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
