on the opening, allocation and administration of a Community tariff quota for certain eels falling within subheading ex 03.01 All of the Common Customs Tariff (1976)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , should therefore be opened for 1976 on the conditions set out above ;

Article3¶
1 .
