REGULATION (EEC) No 2935/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 November 1975 amending the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 (*) of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals, and in particular the Article 1 fourth subparagraph of Article 1 6 (2) thereof ; The export refunds on the compound feedingstuffs Whereas the export refunds on cereal-based covered by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and subject compound feedingstuffs are fixed by Regulation (EEC) to Regulation (EEC) No 2743/75 (3) fixed in the No 2837/75 (2) ; Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2837/75, are altered as Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria shown in the Annex to this Regulation. and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2837/75 to the information at present available to Article 2 the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 November 1975 . Regulation ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
