REGULATION (EEC) No 2964/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 10 November 1975 on the temporary suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for- mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 From 1 January to 31 December 1976 the auto­ thereof ; nomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechani­ cally propelled aircraft of an unladen weight Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by exceeding 1 5 000 kg falling within subheading ex the Commission ; 88.02 B II c) shall be totally suspended. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
