REGULATION (EEC) No 2989/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 November 1975 amending the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 ( !) of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals, and in particular the Article 1 fourth subparagraph of Article 1 6 (2) thereof ; Whereas the export refunds on cereal-based The export refunds on the compound feedingstuffs compound feedingstuffs are fixed by Regulation (EEC) covered by Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and subject No 2837/75 (2), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No to Regulation (EEC) No 2743/75 (4) fixed in the 2935/75 (3) ; Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 2837/75, are altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation. Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2837/75 to the information at present available to Article 2 the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 November 1975 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
