REGULATION (EEC) No 2991 /75 OF THE COUNCIL of 10 November 1975 on the tariff treatment applicable in the Community as originally constituted to a certain number of products imported from the new Member States

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas, in order to maintain Community preference for these imports from the new Member States, the Having regard to the Act of Accession (*), and in customs duties applicable thereto in the Community particular the second paragraph of Article 33 thereof; as originally constituted should be calculated taking into account the new duties consolidated in respect of third countries, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Whereas under Council Regulation (EEC ) No 1615 / HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 74 (2) of 25 June 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 950/68 on the Common Customs Tariff, the Article 1 conventional duty applied to products falling within subheading 85.21 D in the form of wafers not yet cut into chips was reduced to 9 °/o ; 1 . Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1976'.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
