REGULATION (EURATOM, ECSC, EEC) No 2998/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 17 November 1975 adjusting the weightings applied to the remuneration and pensions of officials and other servants of the European Communities

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN relating to this country is available ; whereas the same COMMUNITIES, shall apply for the weighting applicable in the case of persons entitled to pensions and who declare their home to be in Ireland, Having regard to the Treaty establishing a single Council and a single Commission of the European Communities ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Staff Regulations of officials and the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities, laid down by Council Regula­ tion (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 ('), as last Article 1 amended by Council Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No 71 2/75 (2), and in particular Articles 64, 65 1 . With effect from 1 July 1975, the weightings (2) and 82 of the said Staff Regulations, and the first applicable to the remuneration of officials and other paragraph of Article 20 and Article 64 of the said servants of the European Communities employed in conditions of employment ; the countries listed below shall be as follows :
