REGULATION ( EEC ) No 3075 /75 OF THE COUNCIL

on the tariff treatment applicable within the Community as originally constituted to certain products imported from the new Member States for use in the construction , maintenance and repair of certain aircraft
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas, in order to maintain the Community preference for these products, there should be total suspension, over the same period, of the customs Having regard to the Act ( J ) concerning the duties applicable within the Community as originally Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the constituted to any such products imported from the Treaties, and in particular the second paragraph of new Member States and intended to be used for the Article 33 thereof ; same purposes , Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Regulation ( EEC) No 3074/75 ( 2 ) suspends inter alia for the period 1 January to Article 1 31 December 1976 the customs duties laid down in the Common Customs Tariff for a number of For the period 1 January to 31 December 1976, there products intended for use in the construction, shall be total suspension of the customs duties maintenance or repair of certain aircraft of an applicable within the Community as originally unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg ; whereas these constituted to the products shown in the Annex duties have been suspended to the following levels : hereto, which are imported from the new Member States for use in the construction, maintenance or — 14-1 % for flexible tubes and blowers of repair of those aircraft of an unladen weight strengthened silicon falling within subheading exceeding 15 000 kg listed in column 3 of the said 39.07 E II , Annex . — 9-6 °/o for pre-drawn aluminium plates and sheets of variable thickness of 8 mm or more and less than 180 mm , falling within heading No 76.03 , Article 2
— 5-2 °/o for tubular or bifurcated rivets falling This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January within heading No 83.09 ; 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
