REGULATION ( EEC ) No 3077/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 17 November 1975
temporarily suspending totally the customs duties applicable in the Community as originally constituted to a number of chemical products imported from the new Member States
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty concerning the From 1 January to 30 June 1976 the customs duties accession of new Member States to the European applicable in the Community as originally Economic Community and to the European Atomic constituted to the following products imported from Energy Community, and in particular Article 33 (2 ) the new Member States shall be totally suspended : of the Act f 1 ) annexed thereto ;

( a ) The application of this suspension will be subject to the conditions determined by the competent authorities . Whereas with a view to maintaining Community preference for these products the customs duties applicable in the Community as originally constituted Article 2 to the products concerned imported from the new Member States should be totally suspended for the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January same period, 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
