REGULATION ( EEC) No 3121 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 November 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on calculating machines ; accounting machines, cash registers, etc., falling within heading No 84.52, origi­ nating in developing countries, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3054/74 of 2 December 1974 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN of imports into the Community of the products in COMMUNITIES , question, originating in countries and territories covered by preferential tariff arrangements, reached Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European that ceiling ; whereas, bearing in mind the objectives Economic Community ; of Regulation (EEC) No 3054/74, which provides that Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No the ceiling should not be exceeded, customs duties should be re-established in respect of the products in 3054/74 (') of 2 December 1974 establishing preferen­ tial tariffs in respect of certain products originating in question , developing countries, and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
