The monetary compensatory amounts listed in by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 751 /75 (3) of 21 the Annex to this Regulation shall be applicable, at March 1975 ; whereas that Regulation was applicable the request of the persons concerned, to imports and from 21 April 1975 ; exports carried out during the periods indicated in that Annex under contracts concluded before 24 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEQ No 1026/75 (4) of 18 April 1975 postponed application, as March 1 975 . regards products falling within subheading 1 1 .02 E II 2.
