REGULATION (EEC) No 3143/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 1975 on the total or partial suspension of Common Customs Tariff duties on certain agricultural products originating in Turkey

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, as regards the products originating in Turkey, and contained in the list annexed to this Regulation, suspend from 1 January to 31 December 1976, at the levels indicated for each of them, either the fixed Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ component of the charge applicable to the goods pean Economic Community, and in particular coming under Regulation (EEC) No 1059/69 or the Articles 43 and 113 thereof ; customs duty applicable to the other products ;
