on the sale by tender of skimmed-milk powder at a reduced price for export in the form of compound feedingstuffs

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Whereas, in order to ensure that the skimmed-milk powder is not diverted from its destination during Article 1 processing, provision should be made for the compound feedingstuffs to be manufactured in an undertaking approved by the Member State 1 . Article3¶
1 . Article14¶
