REGULATION (EEC) No 3194/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 5 December 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2711 /75 on the granting at a standard rate fixed in advance of private storage aid for beef

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 (!) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 6 (5) (b) thereof ; There is added to Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2711 /75 a paragraph 3 as follows : 271 1 /75 (3) of 24 October 1975 on the granting at a standard rate fixed in advance of private storage aid '3.
