REGULATION (EEC) No 3220/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 9 December 1975 fixing the activating prices for table wines for the period 16 December 1975 to 15 December 1976
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN therefore, the activating prices fixed for the previous COMMUNITIES, wine year should be increased, without, however, encouraging production ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the guide prices for the period 16 December 1975 to 15 December 1976 were fixed by Regulation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 661 /75 (3) ; whereas Article 3 (3) of Regula 816/70 (*) of 28 April 1970 laying down additional tion (EEC) No 816/70 provides that the activating provisions for the common organization of the market price shall be fixed at the same stage and shall be in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No valid during the same period as the guide price ; 1 932/75 (2), and in particular Article 3 ( 1 ) thereof ; whereas Regulation (EEC) No 945/70 (4) determines Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; the types of table wine to which these prices apply,
