REGULATION ( EEC) No 3241 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 December 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1090/ 75 so as to discontinue the EXIM arrange­ ments established as protective measures in respect of beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Article 4 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1090/75 is amended by the addition of a further subparagraph as Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No follows : 805/ 68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended ' No licence applications may be lodged in or after by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 855/ 74 (2 ), and in particular the month of January 1976'. Article 21 ( 2) thereof ; Article 2 Whereas the arrangements established by Commis­ sion Regulation ( EEC) No 1090/75 (3) of 23 April The first subparagraph of Article 5 (3) of Regulation 1975 on the issue by way of protective measures of (EEC) No 1090/75 is amended by the addition of the import licences for certain beef and veal products following sentence : ( EXIM), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3 1 7() /75 (4 ), are shortly to be replaced by other import ' However, in the month of December 1975 such arrangements, thus continuing the policy of relaxing first licence shall be issued on 22 December'. the protective measures in this sector with a view to the gradual restoration of normal trading arrange­ Article 3 ments ; whereas traders should therefore be warned of their last opportunity to obtain import licences under This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 December 1975 . the present arrangements ,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
