REGULATION (EEC) No 3304/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 1975 fixing the guide prices for the fishery products listed in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 for the 1976 fishing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the data available at present concerning the COMMUNITIES, prices lead, in relation to the products concerned, with the exception of sea-bream, to an increase in the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European guide prices in relation to those valid during the Economic Community ; preceding fishing year, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 of 20 October 1970 on the common organ­ ization of the market in fishery products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 182/75 (2), and in particular Article 1 3 (5) thereof ; Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; The guide prices applicable until 31 December 1976 Whereas Article 13(1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No for products listed in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) 2142/70 provides that a guide price shall be fixed No 2142/70 and the products to which they relate are annually for each of the products or groups of hereby fixed in the Annex hereto. products listed in Annex II to that Regulation ;

Whereas the guide prices of the fishery products listed Article 2 in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2142/70 were fixed for the 1975 fishing year by Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January No 3 1 42/74 (3 ); 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
