REGULATION (EEC) No 3307/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 1975 fixing the Community producer price of tunny intended for the canning industry for the first two months of the 1976 fishing year

Community Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Commercial Product producer specifications price Whereas Article 15 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No (u.a./metric ton) 2142/70 provides that a Community producer price shall be fixed for tunny intended for the canning Yellow­ Whole, not weighing industry ; finned tunny more than 10 kg each 657 Whereas the Community producer price of tunny intended for the canning industry was fixed by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 3143/74 (3) for the 1975 fishing year ; Article 2 Whereas it is not possible to fix this price for the 1976 fishing year, in the required time ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January Whereas to avoid any discontinuity it is necessary to 1976 . maintain, for a limited period, the price applicable for the 1975 fishing year, It shall remain applicable until 29 February 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
