REGULATION (EEC) No 3309/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 1975 on the allocation (or 1975 of appropriations from the Guidance Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund and deferring certain final dates for 1975 and 1976
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it is necessary, in order to ensure that each COMMUNITIES, application is properly examined, to defer the final dates for decisions on applications for aid submitted Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European in respect of 1975 and for the submission of applica tions for 1976, whilst at the same time bringing these Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof ; dates closer to the dates initially laid down by Regula tion No 17/64/ EEC, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;
Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parlia ment ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Whereas the appropriations available for 1975 from the Guidance Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund should be so allocated Article 1 as to ensure the financing of the various measures provided for in Community Regulations ; The appropriations available for 1975 from the Guid ance Section of the European Agricultural Guidance Whereas it is necessary to make the appropriations and Guarantee Fund, natnely an amount equal to 325 assigned to the Guidance Section available to agricul million units of account, shall be allocated as follows : ture ; whereas in particular for this purpose, the amount allocated to the financing of projects coming 1 . 2. A proportion of up to 212-6 million units of Fund submitted to it before the dates specified in account shall be used to finance projects as defined Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1215/75 is in Article 13 of Regulation No 17/64/EEC. hereby deferred in respect of 1975 to 30 April 1976.
