REGULATION ( EEC) No 3315/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 December 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil bought on the Community market for the Republic of Afghanistan as food aid

This" Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
