on the opening, allocation and administration of a Community tariff quota for certain hand woven fabrics, pile and chenille, falling within heading Nos ex 50.09, ex 50.10, ex 55.07, ex 55.09 and ex 58.04 of the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN whereas therefore on 1 January 1976 the tariff quotas COMMUNITIES , concerned should be opened and allocated amongst all the Member States ; whereas the duties to be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the applied by the new Member States under the said European Economic Community, and in particular quotas must conform with the relevant provisions of Article 113 thereof ; the Act of Accession ;

Article7¶

1 .
