COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 26/76 of 8 January 1976 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the application of the rules referred to in COMMUNITIES , Regulation (EEC) No 3388 /75 requires that the amounts at present in force should be amended as Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Economic Community, Having regard to the Treaty of Accession (x),

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
