COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 54/ 76 of 14 January 1976 on the country nomenclature for the external trade statistics of the Community and statistics of trade between Member States
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee on External Trade Statistics , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1736/75 of 24 June 1975 on the external trade statis tics of the Community and statistics of trade between Sole Article Member States ( 1), and in particular Articles 36 and 41 (b) thereof, The version valid on 1 January 1976 of the country Whereas the changes made to the country nomencla nomenclature for the external trade statistics of the ture for the external trade statistics of the Community Community and statistics of trade between Member and statistics of trade between Member States as set States set out in Annex C to Regulation (EEC) No out in Annex C to the said Regulation are intended to 1736/75 is annexed to this Regulation and constitutes up-date the said nomenclature ; an integral part of it.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
