COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 86 / 76 of 19 January 1976 postponing the date of entry into force of Regulation ( EEC) No 3366/75

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 616 / 72 and ( EEC) No 618 / 72 as well as the COMMUNITIES , nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff regarding olive oil ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the date for entry into force of this Regula­ tion gives rise to problems of application ; whereas, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC therefore , it should be changed ; of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation fats ( 1 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats, 1 707/73 (-), and in particular Articles 13 (4) and 18 (3) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66/ EEC of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between Sole Article the Community and Greece (3), and m particular Arti­ cles 3 (4) and 9 thereof, 1 . Article 4 of Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 3366/75 of 23 December 1 975 shall be replaced by Having regard to Council Regulation No 171 /67/ EEC the following : of 27 June 1967 on export refunds and levies on olive oil (4 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 'This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 2429/72 of 21 November 1 972 ( s), and in particular January 1976'. Article 1 1 thereof, 2 . This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 3366/ 75 of its publication in the Official Journal of the Euro­ of 23 December 1 975 (b) amended Regulations ( EEC) pean Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
