establishing Community supervision for imports of certain products originating in Switzerland ( 1976)
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , desirable that imports of such products should be subject to supervision,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof, Article 1
Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, From 1 January until 31 December 1976, imports of products originating in Switzerland and indicated in the Annex to this Regulation shall be subject to Whereas an Agreement between the European Community supervision.
