COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 115 /76 of 19 January 1976 fixing the guide prices for the fishery products listed in Annex I (A) and (C) to Regulation (EEC) No 100/76 for the 1976 fishing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No 100/ 76 of 19 January 1976 on the common organization The guide prices applicable until 31 December 1976 of the market in fishery products (1 ), and in for the products listed in Annex I (A) and (C) to particular Article 9 (4) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 100/76 and the products to which they relate are hereby fixed in the Annex Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , hereto .

Whereas Article 9 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 100/ 76 provides that a guide price shall be fixed each year for each of the products listed in Annex I (A) Article 2 and ( C) to that Regulation at a level which will help to stabilize market prices without leading to the 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
