COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 117/76 of 19 January 1976 fixing the Community producer price of tunny intended for the canning industry for the first two months of the 1976 fishing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , intended for the canning industry and the product which it relates are hereby fixed as follows : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Community Commercial producer price Product Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC ) No 100/ specifications (u. a. /metric ton) 76 of 19 January 1976 on the common organization of the market in fishery products (J ), and in particular Article 16 (5 ) thereof, Yellow-finned tunny Whole, not weighing more than 10 kg each 657 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission,

Whereas Article 16 (4) of Regulation ( EEC) No 100/ 76 provides that a Community producer price shall be fixed for tunny intended for the canning industry ; Article 2 Whereas the Community producer price of tunny intended for the canning industry was fixed by 1 . Council Regulation (EEC) No 3307 / 75 of Regulation ( EEC) No 3143 /74 (2) for the 1975 16 December 1975 fixing the Community producer fishing year ; price of tunny intended for the canning industry for the first two months of the 1976 fishing year (3) is Whereas it is not possible to fix this price for the hereby repealed . 1976 fishing year, in the required time ; 2. References to the Regulation repealed by virtue Whereas to avoid any discontinuity it is necessary to of paragraph 1 shall be construed as references to maintain, for a limited period, the price applicable this Regulation . for the 1975 fishing year,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1976 . The Community producer price applicable for the first two months of the 1976 fishing year for tunny It shall apply from 1 January until 29 February 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
