COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 196/76 of 29 January 1 976 laying down special rules governing the payment of the refund for skimmed­ milk powder for use as feed in the country of destination

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Milk and COMMUNITIES, Milk Products has not delivered an opinion within the , time limit set by its Chairman,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
