COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 242 / 76 of 3 February 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 320/73 for the sixth time as regards the list of representative markets for adult bovine animals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (*), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation ( EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 10 ( 6) thereof, The list of representative markets for adult bovine animals set out in item A 1 of Annex II to Regulation Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 320 / 73 of ( EEC) No 320 /73 is hereby amended by the deletion 31 January 1973 on the determination of prices of of the ' Diisseldorf market . calves and adult bovine animals on representative Community markets (3), as last amended by Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 1867/75 (4), established the list of repre­ Article 2 sentative markets in each Member State for the various qualities of calves and adult bovine animals This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day and for the meat of those animals ; following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
