COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 258/ 76 of 5 February 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3338/75 opening a second invitation to tender for Grana Padano cheeses held by the Italian intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN been originally foreseen ; whereas it is necessary to COMMUNITIES, reduce accordingly the quantity put out for tender ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 740/75 (2), and in particular Article 8 (5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3338/75 In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 3338/75, the of 22 December 1975, opening a second invitation to quantity of 2 300 metric tons is replaced by 1 700 metric tons . tender for Grana Padano cheeses held by the Italian intervention agency (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 34/76 (4), provides for a quantity of 2 300 Article 2 metric tons of cheese, to be put up for tenders ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas it has been established that the quantity that following its publication in the Official Journal of has been fully matured is less than that which had the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
