COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 277 / 76 of 9 February 1976 maintaining in effect the interim measures adopted with regard to imports of certain textile products originating in the Republic of Korea

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN pean Economic Community and the Republic of COMMUNITIES, Korea on Trade in Textiles, or, in default thereof, of other appropriate measures to be taken by the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Council , Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74 of 4 June 1974 on common rules for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : imports ('), and in particular Article 13 thereof,

Having consulted the Committee provided for in Article 5 of the said Regulation, Article 1
