COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 323/76 of 13 February 1976 abolishing the export levy on syrups and other sugars

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 403/74 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES, the Commission, that the export levy on syrups and other sugars should be abolished, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organi­ zation of the market in sugar (l), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 3058/75 (2), and in particular Article 17 (6) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 403/74, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1678/75 is hereby repealed. Whereas the export levy on syrups and other sugar was introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 403/74 (3), as Article 2 last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 678/75 (4) ;

Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 February 1976 . and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC)

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
