COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 337/76 of 17 February 1976 temporarily including butteroil in the list of processed products covered by the system of advance payment of refunds
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3352/75 COMMUNITIES, of 23 December 1975 prohibiting the use of inward processing arrangements in respect of butter (5), permits the import of butter under such arrangements until 16 February 1976 ; whereas the time limit for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, processing this product is in practice six months ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
