COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 341 /76 of 16 February 1976 temporarily and totally suspending the customs duty applicable in the Commu­ nity as originally constituted to foliage of asparagus plumosus falling within subheading ex 06.04 B I of the Common Customs Tariff and imported from the new Member States

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Act of Accession and in parti­ Article 1 cular Article 33, second paragraph, thereof,
