COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 346/76 of 18 February 1976 reintroducing Common Customs Tariff duties on cotton yarn, put up for retail sale, falling within heading No 55.06, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3006/75 of 17 November 1975 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN duties on the products in question should be reintro­ COMMUNITIES , duced in respect of Yugoslavia, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3006/75 of 17 November 1975 opening tariff prefer­ Article 1 ences for certain textile products originating in Yugos­ lavia ( 1), and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof, With effect from 22 February 1976 the Common Customs Tariff duties suspended in pursuance of Whereas, under Article 1 ( 1 ) of the said Regulation, Council Regulation (EEC) No 3006/75 of 17 the Common Customs Tariff duties are suspended on November 1975 shall be reintroduced in respect of the products listed in the Annex to that Regulation up imports into the Community of the following to the volume of the Community ceiling fixed in the products, originating in Yugoslavia : said Annex ; whereas, under Article 2 of that same Regulation, the Common Customs Tariff duties may CCT be reintroduced at any time once the abovementioned heading Description of goods Community ceiling has been reached ; No Whereas the ceiling for cotton yarn, put up for retail 55.06 Cotton yarn, put up for retail sale sale, is 3-88 metric tons ; whereas on 6 February 1976 on imports into the Community of the said products originating in Yugoslavia reached the abovementioned Article 2 ceiling ; Whereas, therefore, taking into account the purpose of This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the said Regulation (EEC) No 3006/75 which is that following its publication in the Official Journal of the ceiling be observed, the Common Customs Tariff the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
