COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 362/76 of 19 February 1976 supplementing in respect of certain tobacco from the 1974 crop Regulation (EEC) No 270/75 fixing export refunds for raw tobacco from the 1974 crop

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN refund should be granted for this variety and that the COMMUNITIES, list of countries of destination should be extended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the Management Committee for Tobacco has Economic Community, not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 727/70 of 21 April 1970 on the common organization of the market in raw tobacco as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the Act of Accession (2), and in particular the first sentence of the third subparagraph of Article 9 (2) Article 1 thereof, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 270/75 is hereby Whereas export refunds were fixed for certain varieties replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . of tobacco from the 1974 crop by Commission Regula­ tion (EEC) No 270/75 of 31 January 1975 (3), as Article 2 amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 161 1 /75 (4) ;

Whereas since the coming into effect of Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day ( EEC) No 270/75 new export outlets have arisen for a following its publication in the Official Journal of further variety and for other countries ; whereas a the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States . « Done at Brussels, 19 February 1976.
