COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 387/76 of 20 February 1976 amending the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 136/76 fixing, pursuant to the invitation to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 3354/75, the minimum selling price for skimmed-milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in addition the selling price of such milk has COMMUNITIES , to be taken into consideration in calculating the monetary compensatory amounts applicable to compound feedingstuffs obtained from skimmed-milk powder sold by tender; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 136/76 of 22 January 1976 fixing, pursuant to the invitation Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No to tender opened by Regulation (EEC) No 3354/75, 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization the minimum selling price for skimmed-milk of the market in milk and milk products ( 1 ), as last powder (6), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No amended by Regulation (EEC) No 740/75 (2), and in 273/76 (7), fixed the monetary compensatory particular Article 7 (5 ) thereof, amounts in question ;

Whereas from 23 February 1976 the monetary Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No compensatory amounts applicable in Italy are to be 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of altered in accordance with Commission Regulation conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture (EEC) No 386/76 of 20 February 1976 (8); whereas following the temporary widening of the margins of the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 136/76 should be fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member amended accordingly ; States (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 475 /75 (4 ), and in particular Article 6 thereof, Whereas the appropriate Management Committees have not given opinions within the time limits laid down by their Chairmen, Whereas Article 20 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3354/75 of 23 December 1975 on the sale by invitation to tender of skimmed-milk powder at a reduced price for processing into compound HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : feedingstuffs for pigs or poultry (5), provides for adjustment of the monetary compensatory amounts for the skimmed-milk powder in question, by a Article 1 coefficient fixed at the same time as the minimum selling price, the difference between this price and the market price for skimmed-milk powder being taken The column relating to Italy in the Annex to into account ; Regulation ( EEC) No 136/76 is amended as follows :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 February 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
