Article2¶

1 . This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

2. It shall apply, at the request of any interested party, with effect from 23 February 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
