COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 470/76 of 24 February 1976 adding new products to column 2 of the list contained in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74 on common rules for imports

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas the products to which this extension applies should be added to column 2 of the list contained in Annex I to Regulation (EEC ) No 1439/74, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1439/74 of 4 June 1974 on common rules for The products listed in the Annex to Council imports (*), and in particular Article 2 thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 469/76 are hereby added to column 2 of the list contained in Annex I to Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Regulation (EEC) No 1439/74 .

Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 469/76 (2), the Article 2 Council decided to extend to other products the Annex to Council Regulation (EEC) No 109/70 of This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of 19 December 1969 establishing common rules for its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities . imports from State-trading countries (3);

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
