COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 485/76 of 3 March 1976 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EEC) No 348/76 on measures to be taken owing to the difficulties affecting potato supplies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Member States have been consulted on COMMUNITIES, the present measure in accordance with Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 348/76, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 348 /76 of 17 February 1976 on measures to be taken owing to the difficulties affecting potato supplies ( !), Article 1 and in particular Article 1 (2) thereof, The provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 645/75 shall Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 348/76 introduced a apply to the export tax introduced by Article 1 of tax on exports to non-member countries of certain Regulation (EEC) No 348/76. types of potatoes ; whereas detailed rules should be adopted for the application of the said Regulation ; whereas to ensure the uniform management of the Article 2 market, this tax should be imposed in accordance with the procedure under Commission Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its (EEC) No 645/75 of 13 March 1975 laying down publication in the Official Journal of the European common detailed rules for the application of the Communities. At the request of any interested party, it export levies and charges on agricultural products (2) ; shall apply with effect from 20 February 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
