COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 532/76 of 10 March 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 218/73 on the calculation of the import price and the special import price for calves and adult bovine animals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 10 (6) thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 218/73 of The second sentence of Article 6 of Regulation (EEC) 29 January 1973 (3), laid down, inter alia, the rules for No 218/73 is hereby amended to read as follows : calculating the import price for calves and adult bovine animals ; ' However, should circumstances so require, the import price may be fixed on another day.' Whereas Article 6 provides that this price shall be calculated on the first and third Thursday of each month and shall be used for the calculation of the Article 2 levies applicable from the Monday following the day on which it is fixed, but that it may be fixed on This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its another day of the same week, should circumstances publication in the Official Journal of the European so require ; Communities.
