COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 543/76 of 11 March 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other goat and kidskin leather falling within subheading 41.04 B II , originating in India, to which the preferen tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
