COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 564/76 of 15 March 1976 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 155/75 on the sale of skimmed-milk powder from public stocks for supply to developing countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas the quantities of skimmed-milk powder which may be supplied to these countries as food aid have been considerably increased ; whereas the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the sales provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 155/75 European Economic Community, should therefore cease,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and Article 1 in particular Article 7 (4) thereof,

Regulation (EEC) No 155/75 is hereby repealed. Having regard to the proposal from the Commission,

Article 2 Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 155/75 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1960/75 (4), provides for the sale at a reduced price of skimmed-milk powder This Regulation shall enter into force on from public stocks for supply to developing countries ; 1 April 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
