COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 611 / 76 of 18 March 1976 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ 67/ EEC of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice ('), as last amended by Regu­ lation (EEC) No 668 /75 (2), and in particular Article The import levies to be charged on the products listed 1 1 (5) thereof, in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation No 359/ 67/ EEC are hereby fixed as shown in the table Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice annexed to this Regulation . were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 3386/75 (3) and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 3386/75 This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 March to the offer prices and today's quotations known to 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
