COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 657/76 of 25 March 1976 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES, should be altered as shown in the table annexed to TT . , ~ this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, „ . i ^ XT ICQ / HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ 67/EEC of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in rice (*), as last amended by Regu- Article 1 lation (EEC) No 668/75 (2), and in particular Article jmp0rt levies to be charged on the products listed 11 (5) thereof, jn Article 1 (1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation No 359/ Whereas the. import levies on rice and broken rice 67/EEC are hereby fixed as shown in the table were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 3386/75 (3) and annexed to this Regulation. subsequent amending Regulations ; A rticle 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 3386/75 This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 March to the offer prices and today's quotations known to 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
