COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 769/76 of 2 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on handkerchiefs of cotton fabric, falling within heading No ex 61.05, originating in India to which the preferen­ tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3002/75 of 17 November 1975 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
